(b) For team tournaments, should there be players that want to play and cannot find a team, they will be (by the organizer) randomly grouped to a team or put on a waiting list if not enough.
(c ) A special effort will be made to put in different games members of a same family (brothers, husband and wife, father and son).
(a) The composition of the tables is/will be communicated at the date provided in tournament specificities (except if tournament is anonymous).
(b) No postponing of deadline may be carried out at the request of players with the aim of synchronizing or of putting in advance the resolution of a game compared to another (in an intent of cross gaming even if cross gaming is allowed on tournament).
(c) Unless stated otherwise in tournament specificities, the games will be synchronized before:
Median seasonal resolution of movement (obtained by the whole division of the number of such resolutions). Example: tournament in 9 diplomatic years, 18 such resolutions, 9th is that of spring 1905)
Spring and Autumn of the last diplomatic year of the tournament.
(d) The games may also be synchronized before Spring of the first diplomatic year of the tournament, as the tournament director decides.
(e) For the synchronized adjudications:
Game masters (or the director of tournament) may be less tolerant on the postponing of deadline, because the postponing applies to all the games.
Postponing of the deadline on a game delays de facto the others for the adjudication of movements.
NMR which must be awaited defers in fact the adjudications on all the game.
(f) The tournament director will constantly make an effort to keep the games in line as much as possible; I.e. speeding up the latest games and delaying the most advanced ones.
(g) All tournaments rounds will start in September and finish no later than June of the following year (unless specified otherwise by tournament)
(a) The team whose members are the most once nominated (by their adversaries on their game) for a trophy player wins it. One will proceed by simple addition of the number of nominations.
(b) In the event of equality on one of the trophies, it is not allotted.
(c) The attribution of the trophies will be published in the gazette of the tournament.
(d) The results of the votes for the tournament will be visible only after tournament closure (as well as the number of voices collected by each team).
(a) For all rankings on any round of a tournament :
a solo winner will be better than a non solo winner
a solo victim will be worse than a non solo victim
an earlier solo winner will be better than a later solo winner
an earlier solo victim will be worse than a later solo victim
points are displayed with one decimal digit, but are exact (1/3 * 3 = 1 and not 0.99)
(b) For all rankings on any round of an individual tournament:
difficulty of country played will be first tie-breaker
points without team bonus (if applicable) will be second tie -breaker
ranking points (fewest centres) will be third tie -breaker
team ranking will be fourth tie-breaker
(c) For all rankings on any round of an team tournament:
team ranking will be first tie-breaker
difficulty of country played will be second tie-breaker
ranking points (fewest centres) will be third tie-breaker
(a) The right for players to be in more than one game (in case of defective player) must be stated in the tournament specificites (no more than three).
