The object of this technical note is to list differences between the "wonderful mansion" and the "world masters" Diplomacy tournaments.

“strong” means this difference is enforced by the system hosting the tournament
“average” means this difference could be erased by minor adjusting to the system hosting of the tournament
“loose” means this difference could be easily erased and does not involve the system hosting the tournament.
